This Privacy Policy explains how All In Wales ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website at allinwales.com.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account information — name, email address, password (hashed)
  • Business information — business name, address, contact details
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store card details
  • Usage data — pages visited, search queries, interaction data
  • Newsletter — email address and subscription preferences
  • AI query data — inputs and AI-generated responses from DAI features (see section 3)

2. How we use your information

  • To store and display your DAI AI answer history
  • To analyse popular query topics and develop new platform content (AI query data, anonymised in aggregate)

3. AI features (DAI)

All In Wales offers AI-powered features under the name "DAI", powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you use a DAI feature, the following applies:

  • Your input text (for example, a question about Wales, a job description draft, or listing details) is sent to Anthropic's servers to generate a response. Anthropic acts as a data processor on our behalf.
  • We store your input and the AI-generated response against your account. This data is used to let you review your past DAI answers, and to help us understand popular topics, improve the platform, and develop new content pages and features. It is never published publicly in a way that identifies you.
  • Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models by default. Their data handling is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy.
  • You can view and copy your full DAI answer history in your account at /account/dai. You can request deletion of your AI query history at any time by contacting info@allinwales.com.
  • Do not submit personal data belonging to third parties, or commercially sensitive or confidential information, via DAI features.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Beehiiv — newsletter delivery
  • Resend — transactional email
  • Anthropic — AI model provider (Claude API), used to power DAI features
  • Sentry — error monitoring

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability

6. Data retention
