Welcome to All In Wales. By accessing or using our website at allinwales.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using All In Wales, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Use of the platform

You may use All In Wales for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Impersonate any person or business
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content without permission
  • Use the platform for spam or unsolicited marketing

3. Business listings

Business owners who list their businesses on All In Wales are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to remove listings that breach our policies or contain inaccurate information.

4. Intellectual property

All content on All In Wales, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of All In Wales or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Payments

Paid services (job listings, directory upgrades, DAI token packs) are processed via Stripe. All payments are subject to our refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. DAI token purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been consumed.

6. AI features (DAI)

DAI AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI model via API. By using any DAI feature, you agree to the following:

  • Your input text is sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. You consent to this transfer when using a DAI feature.
  • You grant All In Wales the right to store your DAI inputs and AI-generated outputs for the purposes of displaying your answer history, improving the platform, identifying popular topics, and developing new content and features.
  • You must not submit personal data belonging to third parties, confidential business information, or any unlawful content via DAI features.
  • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or require editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any DAI output before publishing, relying on, or acting upon it.
  • We reserve the right to log and review DAI usage for billing accuracy, abuse prevention, and platform improvement.
  • DAI token purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been deducted from your balance.

7. Limitation of liability

All In Wales is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party business listings or user-submitted content. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
